Science weekly update:
Science
We have been exploring air and doing many science experiments which include air streams, suction, pressure, warmed moving air etc. . .
When asked - what do you know about air? The children have given many responses, which were conclusions from all the various science experiments that were demonstrated. We continue to build more knowledge about air with more experiences in science and in the classroom.
April - Creating carbon dioxide gas
We will use a sandwich bag and will place 2 tsps. of baking soda at the bottom. We will add 1/4 c. vinegar and zip the top closed quickly. The bag will pop open with all the pressure from the air bubbles.
The children will make predictions and conclusions.
