Dear St. Paul’s Families and Friends,
A non-profit organization like ours still requires some fundraising in order to make certain that our specialized programs continue and that we can meet our commitment to retire our new building debt as well as purchase new equipment and furnishings. Our school board has taken great pains over the years to insure that our tuition is attainable for our families. In the same way they recognized our wonderful staff and want to honor them with the best raises that they can provide. With this in mind we have come up with a "NON – EVENT" fundraiser each fall entitled, "A Harvest of Blessings."
We will be asking every St. Paul’s family and/or your relatives and friends of St. Paul’s to donate a suggested amount of $50.00. This will raise an estimated $10,000.00. We then are asking ALL of our parents to check with their Human Resource Department at their current place of employment to see if they have a matching funds program. If we can match these initial funds, we could parlay it to our ultimate dream goal of $20,000. As always your donation is tax deductible.
This fundraiser will kick off with a special coffee (when you drop off your child at school) the beginning of November and will conclude during our Thanksgiving Feasts. We will be building a family tree with the names of those who have participated and and we hope to be able to include yours as well! We have so much to be thankful for.
As you can imagine even a non-event like this takes volunteer hours. While we already have many committee positions filled, we do need many additional support people. Please contact the school office if you are willing to help.
