It's that time! St. Paul's famous leprechaun will be up to his mischievous self this week, as he buries gold all over the playground (you know we have never even seen him or her). All preschoolers will have an opportunity to look for this treasure. Maybe your child will bring some home for you.
HELP! We need a few parents who would be willing to volunteer to turn ordinary rocks into gold. There are small bags of rocks in the staff workroom that you can pick up. We would then ask you to supply the spray paint and paint them at home. Please make sure the "wee ones" don't catch ya! The rocks would need to be returned back to school the day of the celebration.
In addition, the M-W-F and Pre-K children have been busy at work making their own musical instruments to play, as they will be marching in our annual parade. Parade times are 9:10 a.m. (for morning children) and 12:10 (for the afternoon students). Plan on staying because after the parade they'll be dancing an Irish jig!
Everyone will have a special treat this day. Don't forget to wear your green!
